He has led rollouts across more than a thousand retail locations, migrated hundreds of users to Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, and delivered cloud cost reductions of around 20 percent on AWS. He has also helped teams reduce new IT asset purchases by close to 30 percent through better planning and reuse.
Today he works hands-on with AI and automation tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, n8n and Replit, helping teams put them to practical use.
